My product works fine but it just doesn''t suit my needs so I''d like my money back. For most purchases, we offer a full refund within the first 30 days, provided the item is returned in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Computers, monitors, printers, laptops and related merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase less a 15% restocking fee. Opened software and music can be exchanged for the same item during the first 30 days if defective; unopened software and music can be refunded during the 30-day time frame. Merchandise purchased as Open Box is not subject to the 15% open box fee. Returns for promotional package digitalcamerasmegapixel items will only be accepted if all components digitalcamerasmegapixel of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.
If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy.
