Opened software and music can be exchanged for the same item during the first 30 days if defective; unopened software and music can be refunded during sale the 30-day time frame. Merchandise digital purchased as Open Box is not subject to the 15% open box fee. Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual cameras package components may sale be exchanged if defective.
